Can I return my product?
As all our products are handmade to order with the highest care and for hygiene reasons, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please take a moment to review the ingredients before purchasing to ensure you’re not sensitive to any of them. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or intolerances.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
Can the products be used on children's hair and skin?
Many of our customers happily use our products on their children’s hair and skin without any problems. However, since several of our products contain essential oils—which can sometimes cause irritation—we always recommend doing a patch test first. For very young children and babies, we suggest opting for the unscented version of our Whipped Shea Body Butter to ensure the gentlest care.
Where are the Naturalystic products manufactured?
They are handmade in the West Midlands, UK.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 2-5 working days to be dispatched. Once dispatched it should arrive within 3-4 days.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Can I buy the products in-store?
Our products are sold exclusively on our website, however, be sure to follow us on social media, as we update where our stalls take place. We can often be found at various craft stalls and markets around Birmingham and the West Midlands.
